This offer will be available in-store only (not available with Mobile Order & Pay). Limit one per customer at participating stores. Customizations are not included.

Yes, on Target! I saw the sign in store two days ago.
Do little kids (4,6,7 y/o) count as customers? I hate to go stand in line and my 3 kids drink it all before I get to even hold it. And what’s with the super short time slot? Do they not want to give this out?
I’m assuming they count since people often purchase Starbucks products for their children as well. I’m driving to a jumpy place and thinking about getting the four kids in my van the same thing, because then I can unleash them 😜

So weird. Your post states that they aren’t adding syrups – but my gal added syrup! LOL
My store told us we had to buy something in order to get a free tea! And it was a corporate store! We were so mad!
I would call Starbucks to see if they will do something for you. I have found their Customer service to be outstanding!
