I ordered from Proozy on the last post. Was so excited to get jacket. I got shipping notice and confirmation of order, Fed Ex notice that label printed…. only to have them write me the next day in email and said that they cancelled order and did not have the item. They took the 59.00 for the jacket and it is still not back in my account. I have told them this and the only thing they offered was a $5 voucher. Worst experience ever…
I had a similar issue with one of the printer ink deals posted here before, it took forever to get my money back, but if you ordered with a credit card, definitely call your credit card customer service number and talk to them about this. They should be able to help get it back or refund it to your account.
