$10 in stuff has to be purchased from your registry n you need to check off items in every category on your registry ( either by adding the items or checking the boxes manually)

I have a baby registry on Amazon, am a prime member, and have spent well over the $10 minimum (about $350 right now). It consistently tells me that my checklist is only 47% complete so I can’t get the box. Is there anything I can do to change this? If I remove items that haven’t been bought, will I qualify for the welcome box?
You just need to finish registering. Go into your checklist and add something from each category (even of you don’t want it). Then it will say it’s complete and you can order the box.
I’ve completed the checklist and it now says 100% complete, but the box still isn’t available? The “join” and “$10 purchase” are green and checked, but the checklist is still unchecked and black even though it’s complete.
That’s exactly how mine is. I finished the requirements last week, figured it might have needed time to update but it’s still just as you described.
You don’t have to add anything to the checklist. Just check every single box even if you don’t have anything from that category on your registry.

Thankful for what I did get, but I was really looking forward to having a variety to hopefully help baby find something s/he likes!
I went and checked all the boxes as described, just FYI to everyone…it took a day or two to update the system before it would say it was completed. I added some random item I needed that was not even baby related and ordered it off my registry (over $10) and as soon as that item shipped I was able to order my registry box. It is arriving today 🙂
Did this offer change? I don’t see a free welcome box. Now it seems to just be a free baby item from a selection of items.

I just received my welcome box! It included a 20 pack of Huggies size 1 diapers, a muslin swaddle blanket, a cute onesie, a pack of Fisher Price baby rattles and several smaller sample size items (nursing pads, baby wash, wipes, diapers, etc.). I was also offered my choice of free gifts and received a large bottle. Very nice box!!
Do I need to use the $35 promotional credit to get the box for free or can I use it toward other purchases? It seems I already have a lot of these items that come in the box and might be able to do without the samples (we are very miminalists).

I just found the answer to my own question: The $35 credit only shows up when I have the Welcome Box in my cart 🙂 I’ve ordered it and look forward to see what’s inside!
