      Oh bummer! 🙁

I went on their site and it took me directly to sign up , including credit card info before I can even look at the meal recipes and ingredients that they offer, and the price for one 2 people meal didn’t show $18.00 as the total. So I didn’t finish the order.

I took advantage of this deal 2 weeks ago. The packaging was awesome! Very insulated. And the ingredients were as if Martha picked them from her garden? The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to look at the recipes before ordering. Same thing happened with HelloFresh, and with that service I couldn’t choose the date I wanted with my first delivery. Overall, I would recommend this and other home delivery services as a good way to explore different options instead of burger, fries, or pizza on a regular basis. Your life taste buds will thank you. 😁

Hello fresh let’s you choose date and meals

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, did you select the 2 meals per week for the 2 person plan? I still find that for $18 as I click through. Hoping that helps!

      • Pat Rosburg

I did not get the $18 price. I need a ode in order to get it from $48

        • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, I still find the 2 person plan for 2 meals a week to be $18. Be sure you have those selections added. Hoping that helps!

    • Jamie

I’m pretty new to it, but I was able to look at all the different recipes for the week and pick the ones I wanted. They preselect 2 or 3 or whatever for you, but you can change them. I only intended to do it once, but we REALLY liked it. You can skip as many weeks as you want, so I skipped next week, but I was already able to sign up for the week after and select what I wanted and I’m really excited about it. You can also change every week, like maybe some weeks you only want 2 meals, some 4 or 5.

    • Pat Rosburg

I had the same problem no$18 for me

      • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Were you able to grab the 2 person plan with 2 meals per week? I still find that listed at $18. Hoping that helps!

If you contact them they will change your start date. My meals will be arriving next week. I will say that the food choice are odd- like things that I had never heard of. I skipped the first week and the next week had really weird things again. I decided to go for it and my husband and I will be trying new things! I figured it was worth a try! I think my husband will just be glad I’m not fixing spaghetti again.

    • Jessica

Exactly Rachel! These recipes are outside the box. Because we all know Martha loves dinner parties and making everything spectacular! And yes these recipes may not be within your personal preference, so I would recommend exploring others as well, like Blue Apron, chef’d, Home Chef, etc. I’m glad these home delivery even offer options for Paleo and gluten free, like Terra’s Kitchen.

    • Jamie

We’re adventurous eaters, so we like it, but M&M S was getting complaints about price and that kids didn’t like it, so they also have a low cost option with more basic meals, which is called Dinnerly – that might appeal to some people.

Ot but does anyone have Shutterfly codes there not using please email pinkrazrbrd3@gmail.com

I’ve been using Marleyspoon since May & love it. And I hate to cook! I get 2 meals/week for my husband & myself. With Marleyspoon, I’ve tried lots of recipes & foods that I never would have tried on my own. I haven’t tried any other meal delivery service so I don’t know how it compares.

We’ve been really happy with HelloFresh! The meals take under 30 min to prepare, and both my hubby and I have liked the unique and tasty choices! If anyone wants to try them out, my referral code will get you 3 meals x 2 people for $20! https://share.hellofresh.com/x/7yhuCM

    • Taylor S.

      Used your code– thanks!!

      • Lauren

        Thanks!

They don’t delivery to my area 🙁 so sad

I have tried four of the home delivery meals so far and my favorite by far is Home Chef. They send good serving sizes and we aren’t left hungry. Plus the recipes are quicker, I usually spend aboot 30 min. cooking instead of 1 hour with the others. If anyone is interested feel free to use my link and get $30 off your first meal. https://www.homechef.com/invite/nLJd9tLnzG8a

I also second Home Chef! I tried Hello Fresh, which started off great but quickly became less-than-stellar. The recipes took forever to make (and I’m a fairly skilled chef) and the portions were tiny (literally received 14 green beans once for 2 people, along with brown lettuce, which was the last straw). We’ve been incredibly happy with Home Chef so far – the recipes aren’t totally crazy and have given us new takes on meat/veggies that we usually eat. It only takes 30 minutes on average to make the meals too which are appropriate serving sizes.
