You posted a deal last month here. They cancelled my order and never said a word to me. It kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. There are a lot of makeup sale right now and I think I would rather give my money to a company that can at least tell me to my email they are bailing out on a sale. Macys has been having great sales all month. Sephora has their weekly wow, Ulta keeps throwing tossing everyone 20% coupons.

I ordered it online with promises that it would be here by Christmas but it never arrived in the mail. I am getting suspicious that maybe it was a scam and the eye shadow palette is on back order. I feel that I should get a refund or something since Too Face didn’t delivered as promised by Christmas. But the money was taken out of my bank account within minutes of my purchase. Ugh!!! Any suggestions?

For anyone want I n g a review on the makeup itself, the regular chocolate bar is awesome! Highly pigmented and lasts forever. Ive been using it nearly daily for 3.5 years. I even use the darkest brown color as eye shadow (using a bit of water and then the shadow).
The melted lip stick is not for me. I didn’t like it one bit. Gets all over teeth and stains.
There palettes are awesome. Very blendable and has staying power. I also like their bronzer. One of my holy grails.

I ordered the i want kandee pallette and peach pallette during this sale, waited over 3 weeks for my order to arrive {which it only shipped after i sent an email wondering what was up 9 days after placing my order) when my package arrived i only got the under the kissletoe and no samples, so i called customer service and they said they dont even know if the i want kandee pallette exists anymore because its not online so they allowed people to order makeup that they knew they didnt have enough stock of and that they planned on discontinuing. I will never order directly from too faced again .
