That once happened to me too. I called my cell carrier and found out that my account had a block on these type of texts because some have charges. I asked the rep to let the free ones through and it’s worked ever since:)

Can anyone pls tell me WHEN a one-night dvd rental is due back? I picked mine up at 9pm Friday night so does that mean it’s due by 9pm Sat. night or the next morning (Sat. morn)? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I noticed that Nowhere on the Redbox website do they tell u when the video must be returned. They already have my credit card info so I’m sure that’s how they make more $! On people who forget to return their movies & games on time. :/
Always due by 9 pm the day after you pick it up (unless you reserved on one day and picked it up after midnight or in the morning). HOpe that helps!

They have to be back the following day by 9 pm, If you rent it on the 13th but don’t pick it up till the 14th it is still due the 14th by 9 pm. Hope that helps.
