Does anyone happen to know if Ulta would accept this coupon? They have Carol’s Daughter buy one get one half off. Could make for a great discount.
in my experience, ulta does accept manufacturers coupons.
Wow, great coupon! Beware when using coupons at Walgreens. I had to stand there and wait for the cashier to verify my coupons. Both coupons were good, but felt embarrassed.
It’s happening more often. I’ve noticed they do it at Publix more frequently which has always been a very coupon-friendly store. I know my Q’s are valid and that I have the right items so it doesn’t even bother me anymore.
A grocery store manager from a big chain told me last year that fraud was so bad that they stopped accepting coupons for two weeks because of that. There was a ring of people going to all of their stores with illegal coupons.
