Can you tell me where you see that? I couldn’t tell if my existing membership was extended or if I set up a new one. I feel like my previous account was using a different email than my paypal so it might’ve given me a new account.

I have Amex and they gave me a free membership.
I got a one year membership after I signed into shoprunner and reclicked the above link. I’m contacting Shoprunner to get it extended to the advertised 2 years. We’ll see– one year is better than none.

Is this the type of thing that auto renews and hits you with a big fee? I know that once it gets close to that 2 yr mark I am not going to remember to cancel. Just want to know up front before I decide to sign up for this. TIA
There is an option in account settings that you can set to not auto renew
If you have a smartphone you can set the reminder in your calendar to the future date to tell yourself to cancel the renewal. I have LOTS of future reminders as I get older and less trusting of my memory!

I logged-in to ShopRunner (via computer) then pulled-up this post and clicked the link hoping for a banner on ShopRunner’s page to pop-up (as another user in the comments mentioned), but nothing. Tried this multiple times. Any ideas would be appreciated. 🙂
Nevermind. I took advantage of a PayPal-offered membership 10/17 that expires 10/19. They aren’t letting me extend it any further with this option. 🙂
Ditto for me Tipaye. I have attempted this multiple ways but to no avail. Mine runs out 2019 as well. FWIW, I use the same email addy for both.
It didn’t extend mine but I checked with my Paypal account and the offer wasn’t there either so that is probably why.
Are there alternatives to EBay & PayPal? I have had a negative experience with them.
I received the two years. Under my account, it says payment for billing membership: N/A

They do hit you with monthly charges after the promotion.I too forget to cancel things.I had shoprunner and was dissappointed when they changed and it was limited it the sites/stores they did not includ.But anything free is great,just remember to cancel.

I’ve never used shoprunner, so this is a great deal to try for free and for 2 years at that! I double checked under my account info, there is no payment info linked from paypal and you have the option to set account to auto-renew (which I did not – until I test it out!) Thanks for the info!
I just noticed this post, and got it to work starting today 06.20.18 untill 06.20.19, so 1 free year using paypal.

It showed my account as being cancelled, or inactive. I clicked on the account overview, and it has a link to paypal, and says free
