This is a great deal! It is almost like the set I have and paid $300 for. I just have a larger covered satue pan with a lid also.

I have this set. They are good heavy pans. However, they are stainless steel, not non-stick. If you are used to cooking with non-stick pans, these will take some getting used to. They cook a lot hotter, hold heat longer, and you will need more cooking oil/spray. That being said, once I have learned to cook with them, I like them better than non-stick. I had calphalon essential prior to these pans.
This cookware is not induction compatible. I have a feeling that as induction cook tops become more popular the higher end manufacturers are going to clearance out their non-induction compatible line of cookware. I have a portable induction cook top and I love it! Heats up fast and does not warm up the house and I can use it outside during the summer months.
