They won’t just offer it. You need the coupon.
They don’t hand out in-store coupons anymore except during holiday season. Just sign up for the emails or home mailers to get coupons. Also employees aren’t made aware of digital coupons until morning of unless it’s a specific one day only coupon. Also download their new app if it’s available in your area.

I don’t understand why mine isn’t working right. If I get 6 things that are buy 3 get 3 free and an extra hand lotion or something wouldn’t the 7th be free? When I do that it’s charging me for 5 of the items. I’m confused.

No. The warm vanilla sugar is buy 3 get 3 also. Does it say it has to be tropical for the coupon?
I do see the warm vanilla sugar on sale, too. When I add 6 to my cart it only charges me for 3. But my total is not high enough for the code SHOPNOW (free item + free shipping on $40 order). Just make sure your total is over $40 to use that code. Hope this helps.
