Anyone else have problems with their Echo Show not being able to answer simple questions? We love ours to drop in on our kids with video, get the weather and to play music but when we ask simple questions it usually answers “I’m sorry I don’t know that”. The questions we ask are ones Siri can answer, so I would think it would know it too. Just wondering if we are the only ones!

We had a lot of trouble with ours, had to return it. We would try to listen to music on it and it would skip horribly. We have the fastest internet offered so it wasn’t our internet, speed tests had it running at full speed. Read about it and it seems it was fairly common. Loved it, except for that and that was one of the big reasons for having it. If you don’t want to listen to music then get it, if you do find something else to play music on.
