Just a question. Does anyone think 22 coke codes is fair for a free shutterfly code? I’m just asking since someone wanted that many and I’m just curious to other opinions. I personally think that’s excessive and 10 codes would be fair.
Seems high for me, but is it a free shipping code for Shutterfly (I know those are rare)?
No it’s a 16×20 print. If it was free shipping I could understand how that many would be fair but not for a print.
Not knowing what the Shutterfly code is for, it’s hard to say. If there are a lot of the codes floating around I would say 22 Coke codes would be too many, but if it’s a rare code and you really want it, maybe it’s worth 22. You can always try posting an ISO here and post how many codes you are willing to give for what you are looking for.
It’s for a 16×20 print which isn’t rare. I’ve gotten those before. I personally buy all the cokes I drink at work ($1.50 each) and if you add up the price of 22 cokes, it’s over $33 (give or take) which is more than the price of the shutterfly code so I don’t think it’s fair however you can ask for whatever you want and I can respectfully decline. I just wanted to see others opinions cuz I wanted to make sure I was being fair.
I’m confused, you were trading the coke drinks that you paid for or the free codes inside the drinks? If it Is the codes, they bave no money value so the $33 makes no sense as that money is for the actual drink not the free codes, if the trade was for the drinks then it is not fair
I did say coke codes in my first comment. Yes the codes do in fact have a value. I paid for the drinks and the codes have a value because you can redeem them for offers on coke.com. I’m not saying the caps are worth $1.50 but there are people on Ebay selling tons of them for money because you can redeem them on coke.com. My whole point was I had to buy the drink to get the codes obviously (which makes it a value to me) and that 22 codes is a lot for a free code that isn’t rare. I was able to get one from someone else willing to trade them for 10 codes FYI. And yes I figured it was for the movie ticket offer however that’s not a fair trade.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who wouldn’t give 22 codes for one free code.

Coke codes are to redeem an offer, and lately coke has been asking for that many or more codes to get offers, I would think that is why But I agree with KA and depends if you have the codes, how much you want it or try to get it from someone else for what you can offer
I think it’s excessive, but it’s a strange number so I have a feeling the person wants the AMC movie drink/popcorn/ticket reward which takes 22 caps to get all three items. That might be all they are aiming for. You can always counter with a lower amount and if they don’t want to take it, someone else probably has the free Shutterfly code for the print. JMO.
