Darn! Mine is $2 as well but another team member has the $5.50 offer so it does vary by member and where you live.
We tried these over the weekend and were not impressed. It smelled good and looked good, but was super soggy so we “crisped” it up (think browned ground meat) in a frying pan. The flavor was just ok. I dunno, as someone who eats gluten free, this just really missed the mark for me. I guess I could say it tasted more like a pizza-style chicken parmesan than pizza. It was also pricey and very tiny.
I actually liked this product, although I do agree with it being a little soggy. I think it might cook better & be less soggy if the cardboard was removed from underneath the pizza and it was placed on a vented pizza pan. I was surprised that the instructions were to leave it on the cardboard to cook. My store had them BOGO so the value was pretty good after Ibotta rebate. I wouldn’t pay $6.99 for each one at regular price though.
Mine came out nice and crunchy in my toaster oven by adding an extra 8 min to the cook time.
12 minutes in the air fryer really helps with the sogginess. That being said, I’m still not a big fan of the breakfast ones. It seems they turn out soggy no matter which way you cook. I *PUFFY HEART* the uncured bacon ones though!
Mine is $2 back, but it’s only available at select stores in my area – Rouses & Vitamin Shoppe (do they even sell frozen food??? )
Will have to ck the price at Rouses next time I shop there.
Bummer my Walmart does not carry these! Thank you for sharing though!
You’re so welcome! Hoping your store has these in stock soon!
I really like these! They’re a great grain free alternative to traditional pizza, and they up the protein!
I did the search and it seems we have them in our area so I will give it a try, at least something cheap for lunch, I have the $5.50 rebate so we’ll see how it goes
I bought these on bogo at publix recently and my wife and I were not impressed. They were very unsatisfying and extremely high in sodium (approximately 1,600 mg for the whole pie) and not to mention extremely pricey for the size. Following the cooking instructions the pizza missed the mark for both of us although we reluctantly finished the whole thing.
When you’re Keto, missing pizza, and not wanting to spend forever making your own crust, these are such a win! I love their enchiladas as well. If you are not Keto or Low carb, then you probably wont like these. I just wish my walmart carried these.
Awesome! I’ve got the 5.50! Is there a limit for this?
Word to the wise, do not, I repeat DO NOT cook this pizza on a pizza pan with holes. The crust is a parm mix and will leak through and burn inside your oven. Other than that, it’s a pretty good pizza (especially for 18 cents!)
