I have read reviews online for ibotta where folks said they never received their gift cards….just wanted to see if anybody agrees with having similar experience when you try to redeem the amount. thanks in advance!
Interesting. I personally have never redeemed for a gift card. I send my earnings directly to my PayPal account. The money has always transferred within the hour (usually just minutes after).
I always cash out for Amazon gifts cards and receive them (in form of e gift card) within a few minutes.
No issues here. I normally cash out to Paypal, and that comes within minutes. The few times I’ve selected a gc for Starbucks & Target, I’ve gotten those immediately to my email. From there, I transfer to the SBux app or add to my Target app acct.
I’ve redeemed for ULTA and Kmart’s gift cards a few times and never had any trouble. They come within 30 minutes. Sorry to hear they are having trouble
I habe redeemed gift cards from ibotta for walmart and target with no issues. Maybe email their Help link and share the issues you have experienced. I have used the help link and had good experiences. Good luck.
