Yes, it falls apart fairly easy, my daughter is 2 she gets bored with it fast! Better for a 1 year old.

We have one, it’s AWESOME. Brought it out at 2yo party (full of older kids) and couldn’t tear the kids away. Fun, sturdy, lots of possibilities for play, I recommend!
