   Bought several of the pull cord bracelets during the Christmas bargains and my middle schooler has only worn them once each and the pull cords twisted. Any idea how to get the pull cords untwisted? The more I try to untwist it the worse it gets so the cords do not work at all now. She does love the pull cord style, but we have four just sitting around now unwearable. I’m sure there must be something simple that I’m just not seeing. Ideas? Help videos?

  There are videos about how to adjust Alex and Ani cord bracelets. I would contact them and ask them. They should be able to give you a better answer.
