I suggest ordering one extra as spare parts. I had some issues with this exact shelf, plastic parts were a problem and there was really no way to substitute them to make the shelf usable again. Over 3 years, two became useless. I just ordered one for parts and I think it will rehab my two useless ones. Chrome is $16+

I have a bigger one from the same manufacturer. I agree with CW, the plastic parts are a problem. I just tossed mine last week and it was barely used.
