4X Kroger Fuel Points w/ Select Gift Card Purchase

Through July 17th, Kroger & Affiliates shoppers can hop on over here and sign into your account to load an eCoupon to your loyalty card valid for 4x FUEL Points when you buy select vacation gift cards. Participating gift cards include Disney Gift, Southwest, Delta, Carnival, Uber, Airbnb, Hyatt and more!
Keep in mind that fuel discounts are limited to up to 35 gallons of fuel per purchase and there is a limit of one coupon per household.
Does anyone know where I can find the list of gift cards included? I just bought a Universal Studios gift card, but did not receive the fuel points.
Universal is included. I just had the same problem for Disney but customer service called corporate and corporate manually added it. Be sure to download the coupon.
