Changes Coming to the Krispy Kreme Rewards Program in July

Krispy Kreme recently announced that they’re making changes in July to their Rewards Program to make earning, monitoring, and redeeming your rewards much easier! 🙌🏻
Already downloaded the app? AWESOME! The changes will appear as an update, your account info will remain the same, and your current points will automatically be converted to credits!
Features of the updated Rewards Program…
No phone? No problem!
You’ll no longer need to use the Krispy Kreme app to be rewarded (but you can still use it). Just provide your phone number each time you visit a shop to automatically earn credits or redeem rewards and offers.
Get rewarded easier!
With the new changes, whenever you earn 12 points on any of their four tracks, you’ll receive a free treat within that category. Currently, you must earn at least 50 points to earn a free doughnut of your choice and 250 points to earn a dozen doughnuts, so it should be much easier to earn rewards!
How about exclusive offers?
After the update, KK’ll be offering more exclusive experiences for their biggest doughnut fans – that’s me! Rewards members will be the first to know about new developments as well as receive rewards-only offers and opportunities. Plus, you’ll also earn a free reward for your birthday! 🎉

I use my daughters account. Putting in her phone number will definitely make it easier. I have the QR code saved on my phone too.
Is the phone number look up thing really new? My Krispy Kreme always looks up my account by phone number, even when I have the app open already. I always get credit for my purchases so they definitely weren’t just messing with me either 🤷🏻♀️

For the second time in less than 12 months, KK has revamped its Rewards Program which has resulted in the removal of my existing points and rewards. So, the whole spill about you keeping your existing points/credits is a LIE. Shame on you KK!
I agree. I have lost all of my points had over 450!!! Even to change a password is impossible and when that did happen after update it’s a random letter and numbers game that you cannot change!! Good Luck on finding a customer service person to talk to that knows about this 😫
I have also lost my existing points somehow / how many points do you get for 1 doz of cream filled donuts
My rewards also disappeared. I have tried to email for support but they do not respond. Not a very good way to do business.
I haven’t gotten points for at least the last two dozen I’ve purchased
