I like that their pants & scooters have the adjustable elastic since my daughter is so skinny. & she likes that they are made out of a softer material than a lot of school uniforms. I also like that they have other colors for the polos besides navy & white. I wish they would expand their long sleeve polo selection with more colors. I usually get those at Old Navy.
my daughter is extremely skinny to and Target has the best school clothes we got a variety last year at old Navy, JCPenney, And Target and she preferred Target uniforms
Don’t they fade after washing? They did look soft but not sure of durability. Received the first uniform I ordered online and so far liked kohl’s chaps brand the best….anymore suggestions
My daughter wore her polo shirts once a week (except during the winter) & wore them for 2 years & no fading. That was for the pique polo shirts. They were not as stiff as Old Navy, but they weren’t as soft as ones we had gotten at Walmart. We are trying the interlock ones this year. There was some slight fading with the navy pants & scooters, but that was after wearing them for 2 years as well.
Love the Cat and Jack boys reinforced knee uniform pants! Lasted a year and a half with only top layer (not the reinforced layer) failing the spring of the second year of use. And this is from a kiddo that plays soccer/football/basketball every recess and slides on his knees to the point of daily grass stains. His school jeans (prior to our uniform school) were shredded by New Years with the same practice. Also no fading in our house for the navy and light blue Cat and Jack uniform tops. We use the Costco Tide with bleach alternative HE for reference and all school grass/lunch/art stains come right out. Both kiddos also love the inside adjusters as they are on the slender side and come in even the stretchy Point pants that my daughter loves. I can’t say enough good things about the Cat and Jack line.
How cool! Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience with us! SO glad the pants have held up so well!
Washing the navy inside out helps too, to keep them from looking faded
Oh awesome! Thanks for the helpful tip!
These are seriously high quality uniforms. They last forever and don’t fade. Going to be sad next year when my son outgrows them.
Think jeans will be on sale before school starts? Their Jean’s are the best and need a couple more pairs for my 4 yo starting school.
I ordered 6 skirts at 2 for 20.00 although the price was fantastic the skirts ( scooters ) are terrible! there was no mention of fabric content in the description so I assumed they would be as the ones I had bought 2 years before. They are not—– they are all cotton and MUST BE ironed and then still look awful by the end of the day, the pleats don’t stay in and they very wrinkled. I will never buy these again and am already looking to replace them — a total waste of money!!!
Oh darn! So sorry to hear you weren’t pleased with them, Mary. 🙁 We sure appreciate your honest feedback.
