  I didn’t get mine either. it was supposed to arrive in 10 – 14 days from the original order. I called the 800 number and they said they will send me a new one, although it will take another 10 to 14 days.

   I’m trying to use it on candles but it’s giving me an error saying that it can’t be used on items in cart. I thought there weren’t really limitations?
