I never received the $15 e-gift card for online. Is there a special way?
Here is what it says in the Groupon deal: “Your $15 eGift Card will be delivered approximately 7 business days after your first purchase of $15 or more on SamsClub.com. “
I made an online purchase over 7 days ago and still haven’t received my $15 eGift Card. Hopefully it shows up Monday. If not, am I supposed to contact Groupon or Sam’s??
I got the $10 gift card but not the $15.
Me either!
We had a disvounted membership twice begore and found that Sams has higher prices than our staples from the regular grocery store, plus, foods are often in bulk packaging and we dont need or want that much. We barely shopped there a handful of times on each membership. Does anyone has advice as to if they do have good Hip2Save kinds of prices on anything?
Thank you!
I have found great prices on their spices and baking stuff like sugar and flour
Stacy, you got that right! We do a lot of baking at my house. Flour is definitely cheaper and yeast is amazingly cheap. Again, though, you have to buy in bulk. We go through it no issues.
We buy a big container of organic greens and/or spinach regularly. Also sliced hormel ham for sandwiches is a good deal. Their price for decorated cakes is about half what you’d pay at the grocery store and I love their 4 berry sundae in the food area. Takeout pizza isn’t bad either. They are large and can feed a group with a few.
I regularly buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, diapers, and coffee (k cups). I find those things are much cheaper than other stores, especially if you buy when those items are on instant savings.
Thank you
My mom and I have been back and forth switching primary and secondary memberships every year so we can take advantage of deals like this. Has anyone had any issues doing that lately?
that’s what my husband and I do 😁
When does this offer end ??????
We aren’t sure of the end date on this so you may wish to go ahead and grab it if you are interested.
Has anyone else experienced trouble purchasing?
I am so frustrated with Groupon. since the deal came out, I tried purchasing a membership and got refunded. On 4 different days, I talked to a Groupon rep who said it would get taken care of they was contacting upper management. Nothing has been done, no one contacted me back. I’ve tried 10 times. Used my account. My husband’s. It still wouldnt work, I’ve tried different payment methods, PayPal & a credit card, it keeps getting refunded. Paypal said it isnt them that Groupon is voiding authorization charges. I got a little excited when I seen it was on living social, I just tried it and the same thing happened. I’ve verified my billing address, so I am not sure why anymore!
How odd. Have you tried a different browser? Hoping your order will go through for you soon!
Same thing happened to me on Groupon. I noticed on different forums that it was happening to many people. I tried about 8 times. Used different cards. Spoke with 2 levels of customer support. I eventually just gave up. They would just tell me they got it to work, sent me a confirmation, but when I logged it the transaction said it was cancelled. A real pain!
The free cookies, pizza, and chicken will show up in the instant savings portion of your online acct or app. It may not even list the name of the item or a picture, but it will say 99.9999% off and when you click it, you’ll see the free item.
You know their pizzas are pretty good. Can’t beat the price either.
I bought a similar deal a couple of months ago, offering a 10 e-gift card and never received it. I contacted Groupon multiple times and still nothing. HORRIBLE customer service!!
Hmm, were you able to activate your membership? Here are the details I find on the $10 egift card – “Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of the $10 eGift Card after activating your new membership”. Hoping that might help!
I regret buying this. It’s way too confusing, and figuring out how to get deals usually isn’t a problem for me. It’s been a few days and I have no idea how to claim the deals.
Oh bummer! SO sorry for the confusion. What part of the offer are you having trouble with? You can always contact customer service for further assistance and be sure to check the fine print when clicking through the offer links above. You will find all of the details listed for each offer in the deal when you scroll down a bit. Hoping that helps!
So this is weird I Purchased $15 online and they sent me the $15 egift card which by the way does not have to be used online……Then they also sent my husband one who I add it to my account?? They have different numbers and pin codes and everything. Something else that is weird under instant savings on my account it was saying rotisserie chicken for free but now it says regular price so I don’t know if that Will end up coming off when I check out or not
I am still not seeing my instant savings of the chicken, pizza, or cookies. I searched all through my account
Hmm, have you been able to contact customer service?
I received both gift cards but I did not receive the free items when I went to use the scan and go app. Anyone else not get the instant offers? Or where do I go to get them?
Hi Abby! They will be loaded onto your new membership account within 72 hours of membership activation and expire in 30 days. Maybe contact customer service to see if they might be able to help. Hoping you can snag them soon!
Does anyone know if you can spend the $15 online, and then pick up the same day to get the free $15 gift card promised with the groupon?
I haven’t received my gift cards from this deal anybody else?
