I’m seeing $25.49 on this at Walmart right now, however Amazon has it for $17.99

Thanks was able to get one for $16.19, the price seems to fluctuate however. When I first try to order one it says $25.49. Then I waited ten minutes and retry and then the sale price of $16.19 appeared. So I quickly ordered one.
