    Thanks! 🙂 It’s super easy! In a small bowl, crumble half of a sheet of cinnamon graham crackers, next layer with half of a JELLO chocolate sugar free pudding cup, and then put 1 TB of Cool Whip lite. Repeat layers.

    So easy and 5 points for the whole thing!

    I wanted to try this but still confused on how this works. So basically they provide recipes that u can follow? whats the diff then with all the free apps available out there that provides recipe and counts calorie intake?
