If you’ve tried the old Weight Watchers program in the past and are curious about how it works now, it’s simple! The new Freestyle program makes it easier to keep track of SmartPoints since there are NO foods that are off limits, as long as they fit within your daily SmartPoints allowance.
That means you can still enjoy foods like pizza, cake, ice cream, chocolate, and more in moderation! Plus, so many healthy foods, like eggs, Greek yogurt, and chicken breast, have ZERO points! 😱

What is that in the picture? That looks like a yummy dessert👅
I need an answer for this too haha, it looks delicious
Thanks! 🙂 It’s super easy! In a small bowl, crumble half of a sheet of cinnamon graham crackers, next layer with half of a JELLO chocolate sugar free pudding cup, and then put 1 TB of Cool Whip lite. Repeat layers.
So easy and 5 points for the whole thing!
Thank you!! So excited for this dessert! How many times can you repeat the layers to stay within the 5 points?? lol
HA !! Best question ever !!
Thank you. I’m doing it tomorrow 😋yum
My husband and I started Weight Watchers this year. Within 6 months he has lost 50 lbs and I have lost 30 lbs.! The program is soooooo easy and the app makes it even easier.
That’s SO awesome! Congrats!! Thanks for sharing your success with us!
I started on April 25th and lost 20 lbs. it’s worth every penny in my opinion. It’s not as hard as you might think. Just be ready when you start. 😋
Awesome! Thanks for the helpful feedback, Marie!
I wanted to try this but still confused on how this works. So basically they provide recipes that u can follow? whats the diff then with all the free apps available out there that provides recipe and counts calorie intake?
