Will they remove my old couch and love seat?
Yes they will take your old couches out to the curb. I gave them a tip for doing it. If your garbage people can’t take it, I’m not sure if they can take it with them.

I bought a few months ago and have been happy so far! They are comfortable and seem well made.

I bought a sectional from them like this last December. I have 3 small children and it still looks new.
My loveseat arm broke within two months of having it. That was back in Feb. and have been fighting with JCP to pick up. It’s Still under Mfg warranty but that does no good when they won’t pick it up. They promise to call back to schedule pick up and never do. It’s Sept and I still have a broken couch.
Do they take the furniture inside to the rooms it is supposed to go in, or do they just deliver it at the door?
They brought them in and set them up at my house.

If your old sofa is in good condition, you may he able to donate it. If not you can call 1800gotjunk and have them take it away for a fee. They will come into your house and take it, whereas if your local trash company will take it they won’t come in and take it out of your house. Sometimes paying and saving your back is very much worth it!
Can you buy them and pick them up yourself and save the $300 shipping cost?

A friend of mine was a manager at an actually ashley furniture store & told me never buy ashley because the quality is sub par. She used to have to call the customers after a little while to check on their satisfaction, etc… she said that was the worst most embarrassing part. Nobody every had anything positive to say and there were always quality issues. Hope this might be helpful.
The $150 shipping stopped me in my tracks! Truly wanted to order a sofa but can’t afford the shipping cost, bummer!
