Be aware that production may take longer than usual on this item. I ordered a mug, pet bandana, key chain and ornament in the last special offer. I have received all but the keychain. Says it’s still in production. Just FYI if you need it soon.

I recommend contacting them via the chat tab if the expected arrival date has passed. I have had items fall through the cracks on more than one occasion; they immediately reissued the order for that item. Once I did that, it shipped within a day.
