Shipping is FREE on orders $75 or more; otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $6.
Be careful with purchasing from Crazy 8 online. I did my first online Crazy 8 purchase on 9/11, got an email saying my order was delivered. I did not receive the package so I checked their tracking number, my package was delivered to Nevada while my shipping address is in Virginia. I called their customer service, they said there’s a mistake on shipping for all online orders placed on 9/11 and 9/12, and they are fixing it so I need to call back if I do not receive it by 9/25. By 9/26 I still didn’t receive my package so I called their customer service again, and they told me since it’s passed their promised delivery window, I can go ahead and file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund.
I was surprised that a big company like this would not just refund my money onto my credit card, instead they asked me to file a claim with my own credit card company to get money back due to their shipping mistake, not to mention that investigation from my credit card company probably will take a week or two to get my credit posted back. I will not purchase from Crazy 8 again.
