I think you have to purchase one of the Progressive items that ship free, complete the transaction and then go back and purchase the Christmas tree on the same day (shipping on zulily is free on additional purchases you make on the same day)
Unfortunately, some items don’t qualify for the same day free shipping and the Christmas Tree is one of those items. 🙁
