I got this exact set for my birthday and I seriously use it every single day!! It’s the best and heats up in seconds! Just don’t wash the pan until it’s totally cooled or it will quickly need replaced (made that mistake awhile ago on my first copper pan… oops).

Can this be used on gas stove ?
This pan is garbage! My grandmother bought me one for Christmas last year and I used it a hand full of times and it started sticking. The middle is brown and you can’t clean it off. Would not recommend.

I would have disagreed with you a month ago but within the past 2 weeks I have had the same thing happen. I have been using it for not even a year. Daily. I put oil in it to fry eggs every morning. I have always been able to literally wipe it out with a paper towel. Now I can’t get it clean. I am so disappointed. I have no idea why it happened after this many months of daily use.
My friend has One of these and it is all she uses to cook… I just ordered myself one I have a similar one, and it is fantastic…!! So sorry you had trouble with yours, I have never had any sticking…!!
