I’m so sorry this happened to you! I know it’s silly to ask, but have your codes been redeemed and has it been a couple hours since you sent them over? Sometimes life gets in the way and they might have gotten busy with family/work/etc. It happened once to me and I worked myself up over what ended up be to nothing more than an honest person, after all.
