Amazon: Step2 My First Advent Calendar Only $49.99 Shipped (Will Sell Out Fast)
Count down the days ’till Christmas!
Hurry on over to Amazon to snag this Step2 My First Advent Calendar for $49.99 shipped! This is a cute and colorful snowy cottage that has 25 large bins that you can fill with surprises. Each day the kiddos can open one to countdown to Christmas!
Start a tradition for years to come with these ideas…
- Each night at dinner or bedtime ask family members to write a word or small note about the season and place it in the day’s bin. Next year, you read each day’s note and add a new one.
- Put a little money in each bin. On Christmas, let the kiddos donate the money to a charity.
- Put a small note from Santa in each of the boxes. It can be fun messages leading up to Christmas.
- Put a small “to do” in each bin. For example, “Drive around and look at Christmas lights. Color a Christmas picture together. Bake cookies.”
Fun! My boys are bigger (3,7,& 11) but the only thing that I can fit 3 of in our wooden advent calendar is Hershey’s kisses, so I just grabbed this one. The baskets in this will be big enough for candies some days, maybe a LEGO mini figure mystery pack for each of them another day, etc…
What a great idea Brianne! That sounds like fun!
This is adorable, really. If it’s geared to toddlers, good luck getting them not to open them all at once! I guess you can place it up on a table, then down again once a day??? After 6 kids, I guess I try to think through all the stops. I do find it great that Step2 appears to have tapped into a “toddler Christmas market” this year.😊
Scratch that! If you put in a prize once a day, it would work…thinking through this more! Haha! BUT, I can still envision those little doors all over the house if they come out easily…toddler only. Big kids? It looks great!
This looks really cute. I though about ordering but it’s just one more thing I’d have to store away after Christmas.
How do you know when things will sell out fast? I ordered one, and went back to get a second and it was sold out. Just like you predicted!
