Why would anyone pay for a pump? Pumps are free with bottles πŸ˜‚

    • Ann

Because many of the liter bottles don’t come with the pump. Look at the photos.

    • Katie

I buy the matrix in the liters and they do not come with pumps.

  2. Ana

Thanks for posting! Can I use the code buying it in the store?

  3. Kathy

Silly question, can someone please explain how to make the pump work. I purchased 2 of the Redken bottles recently and the pumps to go along with them but couldn’t get them to work. Is there something I’m not doing right? I kinda feel stupid on this..Lol. Thanks

    • Angela

Kathy, did you try “unlocking” them? They are like the pumps where when you get a new soap bottle you have to turn it a certain way until it “pops” up. Hope that helps!

    • Steph

You are not alone! I purchased one pump – didn’t work – and went back for replacement which also didn’t work. I’d like to think it’s not just me! πŸ˜‰

    • Garfield

Most likely they are broken. It happens a lot.

There are also many holiday items that are 50% if you need something to add to get to free shipping.

does anyone have a suggestion on what to buy for itchy winter scalp I get it every year and nothing seems to help

    • Allison

I add tea tree oil to my shampoo and it seems to help alittle

    • Bridget

You may be washing too frequently? Try washing like every 3 days or so. Dry shampoo roots if oily. Sometimes I’ll only use conditioner and not shampoo to refresh dry hair. If you are able, massage coconut oil or mayo (eggs/oil combo) or olive oil into your scalp and comb thru. It’ll put moisture back in! πŸ˜‰

      • jencor2

I only wash my hair like twice a week

    • Lisa

Costco’s Kirkland moisture shampoo and conditioner have helped with my winter dry, itchy scalp more than anything else I’ve tried. Oil treatments like Bridget suggest help some too. My favorite is a warm olive oil, hunny and milk mixture. I hope you find what helps you, I know how frustrating it can be!!!

      • jencor2

Thank you ladies so very much for your suggestions!

    • Jessie

      Try neurogenic t-gel shampoo
Leave on for 3-5 mins while soap body, then rinse off.
      Helps with dandruff also

  6. Janice

Do you happen to know how often they do this sale? We love the tea tree special shampoos. Trying to figure out how much I would need to stock up for until the next time without overstocking.

  7. Harold

Thanks for posting. I got some tea tree at my local store on the 50% off sale and used the extra $3.50 coupon at checkout. Awesome price for this quantity of shampoo. Thanks hip2save!

    • Harold

It was my first time into this store. πŸ˜„. Thanks hip2save. Love, love saving money.$$$$

  8. Cathy

I’ve gotten pumps in the past that didn’t work πŸ™
