Anyone here eat these on keto? do you pair it with anything (since you can’t put it on a sandwich) or just eat it out of the pouch? maybe with celery?
We are low carb here, so I usually make zucchini ‘chips’ or cheese crisps to dip my tuna in. Or top it over chopped lettuce and cucumbers (with a drizzle of homemade ranch dressing).
I was so excited to try the chicken salad kind and it was so disgusting I threw it away. My husband likes the tuna, though, especially the hotter/spicy varieties. So maybe Starkist should just stick with what they know best. 🙂 LOL
