Looking at the size and sq footage, costco sells 11×7.1 inch sheets vs target 11×5.9 inch sheets, 715sq ft costco (12 rolls $19.79 online, might be $15 in store) vs 594 sq ft in target (12 double rolls $20+)
The 8 huge rolls at target are 560sq ft. at $10 each is still a great deal if you don’t have costco
