Hi there Sweety. I have tried about 10 different types of the collagen peptides and this particular brand is my favorite. It dissolves very quickly in coffee and doesn’t taste or smell gross. 🙂
I’ve used this for about 6 months. I find the plain flavor tastes like a rawhide dog bone smells. Does that make sense? I prefer the vanilla flavor over the chocolate because it dissolves better in warm water and has a milder flavor. As far as results I find that it took several months to see them but they are worth the wait. My nails are stronger and grow faster and my knee pain is completely gone. I’ve not noticed any change or improvements in my skin.
Be aware that you should start slowly on this as it has a laxative effect in the beginning as your body adjusts.
I have wrinkles near my eyes and hair fall problem. I m only 35. Want to try good product. On Amazon there are so many mix reviews.
I do think that you can taste this. I agree with the rawhide comment. I put it my first cup of coffee in the morning before I’m awake and I can definitely taste it. It’s not flavorless! It mixes way better in hot liquids. The only think I noticed was my nails growing. I did have less pain in my calves after running, but I was also stretching way better.
Does anyone mix with cold smoothie and dissolve well?
I have this same brand and mix it in the blender with protein powder and frozen fruit and I don’t notice it at all.
