Boooo, why does my Aldi not have alcohol??

    • Bunny

What state do you live in Kate? Do all your other grocery stores not sell alcohol as well?

      • Kate

I’m in NY, all other grocery stores do!

    • Jess

None in MN either. And they would have made a killing on me today – as I stock up before I hibernate in this -35 weather….

  2. Takia

I picked up the strawberry one and it’s actually really delicious.

  3. Natalie Masse

I went for this yesterday and they did not have it yet. Antioch IL

Our Aldi on upstate/central NY doesn’t sell wine but our Walgreens does. Go figure.

Aldi’s wine deals can’t be beat. One of my personal fave finds is their Burlwood Brut sparkling wine–fab at $4.99!

Please, more aldi alcohol suggestions! I hate to blind buy without someone saying they love it.

  7. Brey

    Not in PA 👎👎😩

    • Tori

I agree! Between the archaic liquor laws and highest gas tax in the country, I’m ready to move out of PA.

      • Ashley

Just don’t move to Illinois! 😂

        • Ashley

Don’t move to Ohio either…nothing good here 😅

      • SJ

I’m with you and Brey. Gas tax per gallon is sickening. I see gas nearly a dollar a gallon less in some other states.

No alcohol at Aldi. PLCB makes too much money off of it selling it at Wine & Spirit Stores.

CT is the worst…. wine only at liquor stores 🙁

Winking owl. Less than $3 a bottle. 👍

    • Cassie Sue

We love the Winking Owl moscato. Not award winning, but most nights at home I just want something tasty.

  9. Nita

Not here in north NJ either by Manhattan. This is the 1st time I realized they even sell alcohol.

  10. Valerie

We get the Winking Owl Cabernet. Can’t beat 3 bucks and compared to more expensive brands it is pretty darn good!

  11. Emily

No alcohol in our grocery stores here in RI, I wish our Aldi’s did because I’m already there 3 times a week lol

    • Mom

I wish we could get the Trader Joe’s wine, too!

  12. Lisa

Not in CT either. 😥 when I search for beer and wine it shows 100 miles to Brattleboro VT to be the store!

  13. Michelle

I got this a couple years ago when they had it. We did not care for it. This is not really wine like but more like a liquor that you could add to a mixed drink or in coffee. Just a heads up. I love Aldi but this is may not be what you expect. 😉

If you have a Trader Joe’s near you, you might want to try 2 Buck Chuck wine. We enjoy most of them. It’s not close to us so we buy several cases at a time. 🍷

  15. Trudy

I love Sexually Chocolate wine, its a red, cost $29
