$4 Off Rao’s Homemade Pasta Sauces at Whole Foods Market (Awesome for the Keto Diet)
Are you a fan of Rao’s pasta sauce like we are?!
Through February 26th, Whole Foods Market is offering up ALL Rao’s Pasta Sauce 15-24oz Jars for just $4.99 (regularly $8.99) – that’s a savings of $4 per jar!
This is a great price for this low carb sauce and they have quite a few varieties to choose from including Marinara, Alfredo, and Vodka sauce. Y-U-M!
Is this sauce worth the price?
As I mentioned in my Hip2Keto Facebook Live Video here, this sauce is completely Keto-friendly and it was our number one favorite Keto sauce out of four sauces tested by the Hip2Keto team!
Whole Foods Deal (Thru 2/26):
Rao’s Pasta Sauce 15-24oz Jars – Choose from Marinara, Vodka or Alfredo
ONLY $4.99!
Love love love Rao’s marinara. Best out there.
Yay! Glad to hear you have liked this one too!
Hey Amber,
Could you check the last messages from this Roa’s post, please. Thanks.
Yes! Thanks so much for the heads up! 😉
Love this sauce. It is my go to for store bought, and worth the extra couple bucks
This is by far the best sauce I’ve ever tried. 🙂 definitely worth the money. Always good when you can catch it on sale
Seems to be a $4 savings per jar from $8.99 down to $4.99 😃
Whoops! Thanks for catching! Just updated!
How’s the Alfredo sauce??? Marinara is spectacular but we haven’t tried the Alfredo yet…
How’s the Alfredo sauce?
Did she stu-studder ?
Lol 😂
What flavor is the best?
I love their spicy marinara.
We just found Rao’s at Costco. It is 7.99 for a 40oz jar.
OMG Costco has it now? Loveeee.
I don’t like tomato sauce very much, but I do enjoy Rao’s for whatever reason. We either buy at Costco (no flavor choie there of course), or at Meijer when it’s on sale. Normal price is $6.80 at Meijer, and often on sale for $5.99. I haven’t seen the Alfredo anywhere, so I’ll be grabbing a few of those for sure.
Wow, with such rave reviews, I must try one. Any recommendations on which favor is the best?
It’s $4.49 if you purchase on Amazon Prime Now!
Can’t find it on Amazon for that price. Will you please post link?
I think it must be gone, I couldn’t find any at that price.
Can anyone pls suggest if this is the best high quality jarred sauce out there? I’m looking for something close to authentic with minimal ingredients for making true Italian style lasagna. Appreciate your responses! Thanks!
Have not tried Raos but I recommend Botticelli. I like tomato basil one.
Alicia I’m Italian and this is the only sauce I’ve ever liked out of a jar. Highly recommend!
They carry a new brand yo mamas- anyone tried it?
Awesome price for that sauce, we LOOOOOVE it.
Thanks for taking the time to let us know, Christa!
BJs also has the 40 oz jars. They are a bit more than Costco. Between $8.99 and $10.99 depending on variety.
Don’t forget if you have Amazon Prime you can open app in the store and save an additional 10% off any sale prices so bring it down to $4.49!!!
This sauce is a lot easier to obtain than a seat at the real Rao’s restaurant!
I just purchased the Rao’s marinara today at Walmart for $4.99. That’s their regular price.
I love Marina brand and I just had it last nite with bowtie pasta.
Looks like the deal is dead.
The deal is no more on Amazon Prime now, plus the signs were removed at my Whole Foods store.
I believe yesterday might have been the last day of the sale.
Not at my Whole Foods today either. Bummer because I delayed going until today because of the deal expiration date in THIS article. Just a side note, Cook’s (America’s Test Kitchen) magazine rates this brand the best jarred sauce.
Darn! It sounds like they may have ended the sale early. The tags on the shelf list February 26th as the last day of the deal.
Was the end date posted above (of February 26th) a typo?? The only whole foods anywhere around is a good distance from me. I have never been in whole foods because of it not being close, so I don’t know much about them or when or how their sales run. Was the above date found in a sales ad ? Just want to have something to reference to so I can hopefully get a raincheck if they are out.
Hi Jill! The dates on the signage on the shelf lists the deal as valid from January 30th to February 26th. The tag does also say while supplies last and no rain checks, so if your store is out, they deal would be expired. Definitely a good idea to call ahead first. Hope that helps! 🙂
Good to check first because I made a trip for nothing. I was told the sale ended on the 10th so in my opinion, it was incorrect information given in article (doesn’t seem like a typo to me i.e. 26 vs 10).
Hi Donna! It wasn’t a typo, you’re correct! The signage at our store, as you might be able to see in the photos above, listed this deal as valid from January 30th to February 26th. I’m not sure if all stores ended early, or just select ones, so definitely a good idea to call ahead if that’s the main reason for heading to Whole Foods. Sorry to hear your store didn’t still have this deal! 🙁
Went to the whole foods in wall, NJ over the weekend. This deal wasn’t on. Checked with customer service; they knew nothing about it. I was bummed:-(
DARN! Thanks for the heads up! SO sorry for any confusion!
Update – my wife is at the Whole Foods Store right now speaking with the manager [W. Los Angeles, CA] He told her that the deal ended last Wed 2/13/19. [As others have noted]
Does anyone know where the info that says deals ends on 2/26/19 comes from? Because if it is from Whole Foods – he said they would honor it.
SO sorry for any confusion, Mark. After checking this again, it appears it has now ended. Thanks a TON for your update! We sure appreciate the helpful feedback!
