Head over to Amazon and score The Complete Harvard Classics Collection Kindle eBook for just 49¢!
This Harvard Classics eBook is a 51-volume anthology of classic literature from throughout the history of western civilization. It is the equivalent of over 20,000 printed pages. It is fully searchable with a completely linked table of contents.
As another option, head over to Wikipedia where you can download most individual volumes. To find the downloads, click on the footnote number next to each volume, then click the link in the footnotes. You can then save as a .PDF and read or send to your Kindle.
If you don’t have a Kindle, keep in mind that you can still read books on your computer or other mobile devices with the FREE Kindle Reading Apps found here.
Google Eliot’s 5 foot shelf if you want to know what is included. The Amazon link doesn’t actually tell you.
It is rather frustrating that the actual literary works aren’t listed. I looked on Amazon for another version. I believe this link is the same set of literature, but listed: https://www.amazon.com/Complete-Harvard-Classics-Fiction-Illustrated-ebook/dp/B07G38BKZL/ref=sr_1_fkmrnull_3?crid=O69Y1T8DFBAT&keywords=complete+harvard+classics+and+shelf+of+fiction&qid=1551283054&s=gateway&sprefix=Complete+harvard%2Caps%2C194&sr=8-3-fkmrnull
The regular price is showing as 99 cents, so this doesn’t seem to be all that crazy of a “deal”. 😆
