I ordered a pair of slip on sneakers last month and when I receive them the left shoe was defective, stretched out a lot wider than the right shoe. So I emailed the company and told them that I thought if the product was defective they should be responsible for return shipping, they didn’t agree with me. So basically $8. 30in shipping no shoes dissatisfied customer. So if you’re ordering from them no matter why you are returning them it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping your mistake or theirs it doesn’t matter!
