  Hi Lase,
  If you wanted to start an herb garden, I really recommend the dollar tree seeds (they are 4 packs for a dollar). I planted jalapenos, habanero, basil, oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, and even marigolds in January. They are all sprouting beautifully, and I even already harvested some sage to dry out.
