Is their return policy the same for warehouse items?
They will refund your money just the same, but they usually don’t have a replacement item. I’ve only had issues with warehouse items twice and both times they refunded my money and told me to keep or toss the defective item.

I love Amazon Warehouse. I’ve purchased from them several times and had no issues. Most recently I bought a tufted headboard and it was literally brand-new. The packaging in came in was sealed and I could find no signs that it had ever been used (or even opened) before.
