I emailed you as well and you have yet to reply to my messages. I don’t want to get nasty and show receipts, but I can and will. What you did was wrong and I was embarrassed at the register when the cashier repeatedly told me the reward was already used.
Sry this happened to you! I would definitely try to test it out online first before going to the store because unfortunately not everyone is trustworthy
