Okay, hipsters. I need new pans. Are there any of you who can give me your thoughts on investing in an all-clad set? Thanks!!
I’ve had these pans for 25 years and they’re still on great shape!
Thanks for the feedback!
i LOOOOOOOVE my all clad pots and pans!!! my only regret is that i didn’t purchase them sooner.
I purchased my all clad set from BBB with wedding gift cards 13 years ago & still love them. Will probably have them until I die. 🙂
I have had mine for 12 years and I love them and my toddlers will inherit them. My husband warped one when he fried an egg and ran the fresh from the burner hot pan under cold water. You MUST let them preheat or food will stick. If food does stick add some water and cover and boil for a minute and it comes right off. The lids fit tightly. I like my stuff clean so I always use a toothbrush to clean around the rivets. The exteriors will not remain as shiny unless you polish them once in a while. If you buy copper core the band will not remain pretty unless polished at every wash and the d3,d5,d7 and copper core work on induction. The Anodized and master chef line and the ones with the full copper exterior do not work on induction. The roasters do not work on induction. I use wood and metal utensils but be aware the metal scratches the interior but does not impede the function. I hand wash mine so I have no idea about a dishwasher. I was raised that for certain things if you buy quality you buy once and for life and this is one of those items. These prices are cheap and sometimes you can find loose pieces at Homegoods throughout the year. If you can’t afford these, then around October you can find the Calphalon version boxed set at Homegoods but those have glass lids. If you have any questions reply here.
I’ve had mine for 10 years and they look brand new. I bought them piece meal from William Sonoma when they were on sale. I absolutely love them.
That’s impressive! Thanks so much for letting us know how much you love them, Dreamoften!
