What is a weighted blanket used for.
They help with anxiety, etc. They make you feel secure. I remember being a child and having to surround myself with my stuffed animals bc I needed things against my back to sleep. I imagine this helps a lot with that !
They are great for kids with sensory Integration disorder. My 19 year old has one for her dorm and one for at home. She has anxiety and it helps calm her quite a bit. Honestly, they just feel nice.
