They are having problems with the 40% code. But if you call because you don’t see it reflected in your cart, they said they will change it today. They will send an email to you saying that there is a difference in the charge. I hope that works out. Shipping for the Belle dress was 8.99. About $71 For the dress. 40% off of that. +8.99 shipping.
