The Christmas Tree Project Delivers FREE Trees and Decorations to Those in Need
This organization is brightening Christmas for families in need! 🎄❤
The Christmas Tree Project is a non-profit organization working to provide families in need with fully decorated Christmas trees. Based in Colorado Springs, the organization also has “head elves” in Denver, Reno. and Los Angeles.
As the organization has expanded over the past several years, it’s given thousands of Christmas trees to families all over the US and as far away as Nairobi. The Christmas Tree Project has also sponsored a Christmas feast in a refugee village in Uganda.
If you’d like to request a tree for your family, or if you know of a family who could benefit from this program, the organization asks that you submit your request online rather than emailing or phoning them with a request for a tree.
If you’d like to help The Christmas Tree Project brighten another family’s Christmas with the gift of a decorated Christmas tree, they are currently looking for donations of trees, decorations, and money. To make a donation, visit the organization’s website at TheChristmasTreeProject.org.
Since The Christmas Tree Project is powered by “volunteer elves,” they are also in need of volunteers to help them get ready for Christmas 2019 and to assist in the expansion of their program. If you are interested in donating some of your time to this cause, please complete this form to connect with someone from the organization.

Thank you for posting this. This Christmas is alittle tight and having a real Christmas tree would be great for my baby girl.
You are VERY welcome, Lana! 💕
Aww! I remember Christmas’s with no presents or tree and I can tell you from experience that even with nothing under it, a tree sets the mood for the whole season. What a great thing to do for families!
This is the sweetest thing I’ve ever read!
This is amazing! Too bad they’re not in San Diego, CA I’d definitely would love to volunteer ❤
This sounds wonderful! Please keep sharing these like these along with the awesome Black Friday deals! It makes being on the site even when you can’t afford most of these deals or are just looking for something small to help so encouraging!
The Christmas Tree Program is the answer to my prayers. I have 2 amazing grandchildren that has lived with me for quite some time now due to their father(my son) being incarcerated and their mother abandoning them in 2018. We dont have much money due to me being disabled and every cent I happen to get goes towards our monthly living expenses and groceries, therefore I have no extra money for a Christmas tree much less the ornaments that fies on one. Justin (age 4) and his sister Kinsley (age 3) are very excited and looking forward to Santa coming. I’m so worried that if your organization cant help us with a Christmas tree, the 2 beautiful children will feel the impact of being let down again. Will you please consider donating a tree to my family. I know that a Christmas tree may not seem like something important to some people but to my 2 little ones, it means alot…
Sincerely,
Amy, Justin and Kinsley Brady
