ATTENTION- this is NOT dairy free!!’ Please read your label before buying and labeling dairy free. This has egg in it!!!!! Yes, eggs are dairy!! Be cautious of processed foods like these
Eggs are not dairy…
I literally have a bachelors in nutrition and am getting my doctorate to become a Chiropractor. Dairy is: milk, eggs, yogurt, butter and cheese. While internet often says eggs aren’t technically dairy, at most schools of nutrition they are considered dairy. While there is some grey area, eggs are just as inflammatory as other dairy products and are often grouped with dairy. These noodles either way are not a healthy choice. Make zucchini noodles for your best dietary options. These noodles have xanthen gun in them which in excess can cause gastrointestinal issues. So all around, these noodles are crap.
Dairy is literally defined as the products of the mammary gland of an animal. Did your school teach you that’s where eggs come from? If so, You might want a refund.
According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, dairy refers to “all fluid milk products and foods made from milk.” This includes milk, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, and butter. Eggs are not included. They belong in the meat, poultry, fish, and eggs category, and are considered animal products.
they are not. just because they are in the dairy isle does not make them dairy. it is certainly possible to have both an egg and dairy allergy, but they are not grouped into one.
oh my. I hope you are joking?? Eggs are eggs, which come from chickens. Diary is cows milk products, which is anything that is made from the milk from a cow. They are NOT the same!
Lol. Dairy comes from cows, goats and they do not lay eggs.
Eggs are dairy? Yeah, when pigs fly! Wait, does that mean pork is chicken?! Lol
If your counting carbs this is high I believe so check it!
Yikes! You are so right. 41 net carbs per serving. That’s a pass for me.
Aw man, such a bummer when cauliflower products end up being high in carbs.
