These are the best everyday pots and pans! Nothing sticks to them, so they’re really easy to clean. Note that they need to be HAND-WASHED in order to protect the ceramic coating. We live in a vintage apartment with no dishwasher anyway, so it’s no big deal for us–but if you hate to hand-wash, you might want to pass on these. They also should be hung from a pot rack or set individually inside cabinets–not stacked inside each other. You also need to use wooden or silicone utensils rather than metal. But if you take care of them, they’re amazing! Mine have lasted for years.
