The Maker of NoseFrida Has a New Postpartum Line for Moms | Available Now at Walmart
Expecting mamas! Walmart has must-haves for your postpartum recovery!
One of our favorite brands for baby products, Frida, has now started making products for postpartum moms too!
You might recognize the Frida brand by their most popular product, the NoseFrida Nasal Aspirator, an amazingly effective snot sucker that has been a baby shower must-have for years. Since introducing the NoseFrida, this Swedish company has continually been adding products to the market that help parents with those newborn woes, so it’s no huge surprise that they have now created a line of helpful products just for postpartum moms!
Even sweeter, you can find these items at Walmart! Plus, they are all FSA/HSA eligible, so start setting aside that pre-tax deduction to get stocked up!
Layer on the relief with this recovery regimen…
Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle
Only $15.97
“I got the upside down peri bottle for myself and it is so much better than what hospitals provide. This bottle comes in a basic box, but when you open it you find the product is packaged in a nice reusable travel bag. The bottle itself is awesome, it is very flexible and soft to squeeze, and the nozzle stores inside the bottle when it’s not being used, but easily extends out for use. This bottle is intended to be used well being held upside down, so there is a constant flow and this thing has a tip with tiny holes that create a larger spray providing better coverage. It’s easy to wash, easy to store, and a must have for any newly post part of mom. I wish I had this thing with my first few children!”
Frida Mom High-waist Disposable Postpartum Underwear (8 Pack) – Boy Shorts or High-Waisted, Regular or Petite
Only $15.99
“These boy short postpartum underwear are hands down the best! After delivering my son, I did what everyone does and pilfered all the mesh hospital underwear, and I was happy with them! Except I couldn’t buy any more when I needed them; I only found them in astronomical bulk quantities online. And then I found these Frida brand ones. Not only are they a trusted brand and available in normal quantities in the store, they are actually kind of cute. Because they are boy shorts and meshless, they are both flattering and not see through like regular mesh ones. They provide as much support as mesh underwear if not more! I also appreciate that they come in both regular and petite sizes. I’m normally a size 6-8 and I’m 5 ft tall, and petites fit me just fine.”
Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Essentials Kit
Only $49.99 shipped
“This kit is amazing. Two previous pregnancies, and I never knew a kit like this existed. I so wish I had, though I’m glad I found this my third time around! First, the packaging/design is beautiful, feminine, and so smart. I love the realness to it. And second, it has all your must-haves for recovery. I especially love the cooling foam and cooling pad liners (life savers!). And the disposable underwear is a much better quality and much more comfortable than what the hospital gives you. I also think this would be a great gift from one mom to another (if you’re close enough with the expecting mom). And even though I’ve gone through recovery before, this kit totally makes you worry less and feel more prepared.”
“These are so much better than your average tuck pads!! The tucks pads have this awful scent so before I opened these I was a little skeptical they would smell the same and they do not. The long length on them is super helpful, just pull one out lay it on the pad and you are good to go!! The soothing relief they give had me hooked after the first one!!!! I am now buying more so I do not run out!!! By far the best postpartum product ever!!”
Frida Mom Witch Hazel Perineal Healing Foam
Only $12.99
“I can’t you tell how much I am loving the Frida Mom Relief Foam. I suffer from bad hemorrhoids and discomfort since having my baby; its been a nightmare. Since I started using this foam, my pain has been reduced by a lot, my swelling has gone down, and now it’s all actually healing! It’s super easy to use or apply where needed, without being messy. I really love the cooling sensation it gives; it really does help! And, the fact that there is no chemicals or fragrances is a plus in my book! I wish I had it way sooner! It’s been the best!”

i’m glad they are finally putting more of this out instead of making us hodgepodge from different areas of the store. plus, the signage and product descriptions may push a few teens to the family planning section.
I found these at Meijer too! I saw some coupons in the target app for some new frida products as well.
SWEET! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing this! I have two friends expecting babies later this year and I know they’ll love this!
Aww, how exciting! You’re very welcome, Kate!
With all three of my kids I got loads of all of these to take home from the hospital for free and the witch hazel pads can be made via a simple recipe on Pintrist…..not be a Debbie downer ..-……Karen 😉
I gave birth last year and I just started to hear about this line, I never got around to ordering but I would love to try some of these and it will be nice to just pick up at Walmart! My hospital charges for witch hazel pads and lots of others items if you check your bill! They gave me a few things to take home but I would only about 2 days worth .
This excellent brand is Swedish (Sweden), not Swiss (Switzerland)…
Thanks so much for pointing that out, Nell! This has been updated.
The Witch Hazel Perineal Healing Foam is interesting not just for postpartum but a lot of people have hemorrhoids and there is no anti inflammatory product to specifically clean your rectum, soap is an irritant and adults usually have to use baby products for maintenance.
I used some of these items when I had my son last year. The upside down bottle I ended up returning because its really similar to the one they give you for free in the hospital, so I just used that to save money. But I LOVED the underwear. They fit so nice. They hold those big ole pad diapers they make you wear. And the stretch is really good. I wear a womens 16 and they stretched to fit me just fine. Also, the instant ice pads are super comforting.. however, I only used a couple and gifted the rest!
