I purchased two gift cards, and much like Jessica, I have not been able to access the $10 gift coupon. I called today during business hours, but received a message that they were closed, so I opened an email ticket. I’m a new shopper with The Children’s Place, and this experience is lacking. Hopefully, it gets fixed before the redemption period.

Follow-up: Has anyone been successful in accessing the $10 coupon code? I was told by a customer service rep that the code would not be “live” until the redemption window of 4/20-5/17. However, it’s the April 20th, and I am still not able to access the $10 code.
